How to contact Marvinet in case your verification process got rejected

At Marvinet we work every day to guarantee maximum security and transparency for all users registered on our platform.

If your company’s verification activities have been rejected, the possible cases are as follows:

  1. The documentation you sent turned out to be incomplete, or falsified
  2. The analysis by our operators highlighted illicit corporate activities, not compatible with the company’s participation in the Marvinet platform
  3. The user who carried out the identity verification has been reported to a watchlist for international or tax crimes
  4. The documentation provided was not properly analyzed by our automatic verification tool.

Appeal a rejection decision against your company

Our operators do their best to try to reject as few companies as possible on the platform. Usually, a company’s refusal is a last resort, beyond which no other attempt can be made.

Having said all this, if you believe that the decision to exclude your company from the Marvinet portal is wrong, we invite you to send an email to compliance@marvinet.com, highlighting the reasons according to which we should accept your company on the platform.
